Eight Mile Style LLC and Martin Affiliated LLC , editor of music copyright Eminem'sy manager has placed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit over Apple, claiming that the company violated copyright allowing direct transfer of Eminem's songs on iPods.
The lawsuit also includes the use of song "Lose Yourself" by Eminem's in an advertisement for the iPods. Reaping monetary benefits for distribution and sale through iTunes, Apple never gave permission in any of these issues.
